All those who are preparing themselves to be great singers, here is Salim Merchant giving his valued tips to you…

Salim says, “There are a lot of singers who have
practiced well and who  are ready to become good singers. But, there is
something else that I would like to mention specifically. Above all
these preparations, the conscience and the intentions of a singer are
very important. Once they get these things right and understand the
culture of the song, he/she is almost prepared. If the singer has a pure
heart, then it will surely reflect in their singing.”

So, all you aspiring singers out there while you riyaaz and learn your lines, do not forget to remember Salim’s tips.
